Shipping policy
At Sunflare.pk, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through reliable courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, M&P, and Call Courier.
2. Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your city and courier service.

Orders placed during sales, public holidays, or peak seasons may take extra time due to high demand.
3. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders above Rs. 10,000.

A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200–300 applies to orders below this amount (based on destination and weight).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

The courier may contact you before delivery — kindly be available to receive your parcel.
6. Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders are processed on priority. Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or Easypaisa/JazzCash (where available).
7. Delays & Non-Delivery
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or incorrect addresses.

8. International Shipping
Currently, Sunflare.pk ships only within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
