At Sunflare.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer an easy 3-day exchange and return policy under the following terms:
Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or design.

In case the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future use.
Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, along with unboxing video proof for verification.

For other valid reasons, we offer store credit or an exchange option instead of a direct refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Refunds and returns are only processed for issues from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of product, or personal preferences.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Custom-stitched, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
